These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") are entered into between jlibat (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or in any way uses the jlibat platform at https://jlibat.app or any of its associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

jlibat operates as an online sports betting and casino platform targeting adult users in the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless expressly stated otherwise.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the jlibat platform, you unambiguously accept these Terms in full. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the point of registration, which is the earliest point at which a binding agreement is formed between you and jlibat.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of jlibat. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.1 Platform Scope

jlib at provides the following core services to eligible users: live sports betting (with particular emphasis on cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), a live casino lobby powered by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, a slots library containing titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Microgaming, and other certified providers, table games including Roulette and Super Bingo, and associated account management, payment processing, and customer support services.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and published in English. English is the authoritative language of this Agreement. Any translation, summary, or paraphrase of these Terms provided for informational purposes does not constitute a binding alternative version and shall not be relied upon to vary, override, or supplement the English text.

To be eligible to open and maintain a jlibat account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or affiliate acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jlibat or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by jlibat or by any other gambling platform that would prohibit your participation.

2.1 One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the jlibat platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different email address, or a different mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms. jlibat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein if duplicate account activity is detected.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jlibat conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") on all accounts prior to processing a first withdrawal. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered form. jlibat reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests until satisfactory verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlibat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlibat will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the jlibat support team immediately via live chat.

jlibat processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods as primary channels for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking), and Upay. Where available, Visa and Mastercard may be accepted as supplementary deposit channels subject to applicable card network terms.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. jlibat does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your jlibat account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. jlibat is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. jlibat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals requested before midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given day will typically be processed within 24 hours. jlibat does not charge withdrawal fees on standard mobile wallet withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.3 Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through local Bangladesh mobile wallet services. If a deposit is made in a foreign currency via an international card, conversion to BDT will occur at the rate applied by the relevant card network at the time of the transaction.

All sports bets placed on jlibat are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event and market at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific market rule, the specific market rule shall apply to that bet. General provisions that apply to all betting activity on jlibat are set out below.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until jlibat's system has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets displayed as "pending" are subject to final odds confirmation. jlibat reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the displayed odds were the result of a technical error; the event or market has already settled; or where unusual betting patterns suggest potential rule violations.

4.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are offered where technically feasible. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. jlibat is not responsible for bets placed on incorrect in-play odds arising from data feed delays. Bets placed after the outcome of a specific event (e.g., a wicket that has already fallen) has been determined — but before the platform's feed has updated — may be voided at jlibat's discretion.

4.3 Casino Games — General Rules

All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, Roulette, Super Bingo, and other table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own rules and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by the respective game provider. jlibat does not alter, modify, or influence the outcome of any game provided by third-party studios.

4.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. jlibat reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and to apply individual account-level limits based on risk assessment, without being required to disclose the specific reason to the account holder.

4.5 Winnings & Payouts

Confirmed winning bets are credited to your jlibat account balance automatically upon settlement. Settlement occurs after the relevant event or market result is officially confirmed. For cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the ruling of the relevant official governing body shall be final.

jlibat offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, free spins on selected slot titles, enhanced odds on selected cricket markets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March).

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated as "cashback" or "cash bonus" in the offer description, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) and eligible game contributions will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are held separately from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully met.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. General restrictions that apply across all jlibat promotions include: one welcome bonus per household or IP address; bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied; jlibat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed; and players who have self-excluded or who are under a cooling-off period are not eligible to claim any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlibat actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging bets across markets to guarantee conversion of bonus funds regardless of outcome); and providing false registration information to circumvent eligibility restrictions. Where bonus abuse is detected, jlibat reserves the right to confiscate the bonus, associated winnings, and any deposited funds used in connection with the abuse, and to close the account.

By using the jlibat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure of your account:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one jlibat account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are legally prohibited from online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a recognised software error will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlibat staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, including two-factor authentication, login monitoring, or withdrawal verification protocols.

jlibat reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the jlibat platform — including but not limited to the jlibat brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, data compilations, software interfaces, game lobby layouts, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlibat or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlibat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jlibat content; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; reverse-engineer any jlibat software or proprietary system; or use the jlibat name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Game content and assets displayed within the jlibat casino lobby remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others). Use of such content is subject to the terms of the relevant studio's end-user licence agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlibat's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jlibat in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlibat expressly excludes liability for: (a) any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, which are an inherent and foreseeable consequence of participation in gambling activities; (b) indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind; (c) loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption; (d) delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; (e) technical interruptions, server outages, or connectivity failures outside jlibat's reasonable control; and (f) losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jlibat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlibat makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds data feeds, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond that described in these Terms.

jlibat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Account inactivity: accounts with a zero balance that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be closed. Any positive balance remaining in an inactive account will be held for a further 6 months following written notification to the email address on the account before being considered abandoned.
• At the player's own request — you may close your jlibat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining balance at the point of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling may be causing harm may request a self-exclusion through jlibat's responsible gaming tools, accessible from within the account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. A self-excluded player may not open a new account or use the platform during the self-exclusion period. 9.2 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

If an account is closed or suspended while open bets remain unsettled, those bets will be settled in the normal course once the relevant event concludes. Winnings arising from bets placed prior to closure will be credited and made available for withdrawal, provided that the closure was not the result of a Terms breach that would otherwise entitle jlibat to withhold such funds.

jlibat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, jlibat will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification within the platform and, where an email address is registered to your account, by sending a notification email. Your continued use of the jlibat platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to ensure that you remain comfortable with the current version. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicate the currently applicable Terms.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jlibat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlibat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, negotiations, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter.
